Does it cause scatter everywhere now?
Or did they just fix heroes?

I can't get on the game so if anyone could help me out,it would be greatly appreciated

Supposidly just hm foes but i did a test on a sensali mob in nm and guess what - 2 out of 7 actually ran away where 2 days ago none ran.
So its anyones guess i reckon rather than anet sayin hm scatter only.

In JQ Mobs scatter. Just tested.

RoJ now causes scattering just like any other pulsating AoE. This is pretty bland in NM, while HM has different and more reactive mechanics that make scattering much more evident.
